Deron Wolfe has three decades of experience on Wall Street with roles in Corporate Finance, Research and Equity Sales at UBS and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods culminating most recently in a role as Head of Equity Sales and a member of the KBW Executive Committee. He brings a wealth of experience raising capital for financial services and fintech companies in private transactions, IPOs and follow-on offerings to assist HekaBio K.K. with access to working capital.

 

Deron graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a B.A. in Economics and Minors in Decision Sciences and French. He lives in Bronxville, New York with his wife and three children.
