当社は、医療機器およびヘルスケア関連事業の遂行に必要な範囲において、適法かつ公正な手段により個人情報を取得します。

  1. 当社製品および関連技術に関するお問い合わせ対応

  2. 製品の安全性、有効性および品質に関する情報の収集・調査・報告

  3. 不具合、有害事象、苦情その他安全管理に必要な対応

  4. 臨床研究、市販後調査等に関する連絡および対応

  5. 法令等に基づく行政機関への報告

  6. 上記各目的に付随する業務

  1. 商談、契約、発注、支払等の業務遂行

3. 個人情報の安全管理

当社は、個人情報の漏えい、紛失、改ざん、不正アクセス等を防止するため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

また、個人情報へのアクセス権限を必要最小限の担当者に限定し、適切な監督および教育を実施します。

4. 個人情報の第三者提供

当社は、次の場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者へ提供いたしません。

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で個人情報の取扱いを外部へ委託する場合があります。

この場合、適切な管理体制を有する委託先を選定し、契約等により必要な監督を行います。

当社は、法令で認められる場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく要配慮個人情報を取得いたしません。

なお、安全性情報の収集や有害事象報告等において健康情報を取得する場合は、法令に基づき適切に取り扱います。
