Norihiro has a 4-decade career in finance, pharma and MedTech including multiple executive officer and non-executive board director roles.

At 3iBJ, he was responsible for making 60 investments, out of which 30 companies reached IPO on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

​

At Microport, Norihiro was a core member of the road show team leading to successful IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He remains an independent board director today.

 

While Executive Operating Officer of Otsuka Holdings, he was one of three members of the IPO project team, and a core member of the road show team leading to successful IPO.

​

At the Industrial Bank of Japan, Norihiro was one of the early players in new business models in Japan, such as project finance and venture capital.

​

Norihiro has a degree in Economics from The University of Tokyo. He is also an 11-time finisher of the Tokyo Marathon.
