Mitchell is dedicated in helping clinicians access information, evidence and solutions to provide more options for the delivery of high quality, personalized care to more patients. 

 

Mitchell has over 30 years of experience in Japan and Asia Pacific, including 20+ years on company boards and in executive roles at leading global healthcare companies including Varian Medical Systems, GE Healthcare and Carestream Health. He pioneered, launched and delivered new treatments, products and services, and has worked with government agencies and medical associations to educate and support reimbursement.

 

Mitchell established the Alliance for Cancer Treatment (A.C.T.), a patient-centric collaboration of medical device manufacturers transcending boundaries to educate and share the current state of radiation therapy treatment in the cancer care pathway.

 

Mitchell received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and has completed a number of advanced education courses. He has been honored with multiple industry awards and has been featured in various news media. Mitch has achieved Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification and is an experienced yacht captain.
